Program & Fees:
Program: As a nutritionist I educate and guide you on how to make better choices about the food
you eat and your eating patterns. Your unique biochemical needs and lifestyle are the building
blocks for the individualized program provided. Your program may include a customized food
plan, nutritional and herbal supplementation, stress-reduction and relaxation techniques, and
exercise recommendations. We work together to develop a program to help you achieve your goals.
Fees:
The Comprehensive Assessment, or initial visit, is usually 2.25 hours. I do request you bring with you
at least a three-day food diary. In addition, I suggest you take along any vitamins and herbs you are
taking at present so I can provide my recommendations.
Comprehensive Assessment - initial consultation (includes meal planning guidelines & basic supplements
review)
2.25 hours $160 (WholeHealth Networks 10% discount applicable)
Individualized 7-Day Food Plan, Summary of Guidelines, In-depth Supplement Analysis
This is designed to meet your specific biochemical needs & lifestyle and is provided by email or regular
mail subsequent to the Comprehensive Assessment (must be requested within 2 weeks of assessment)
$75 (WholeHealth Networks 10% discount applicable)
Reassessment Visits (after initial consultation)
1 hour $65 (WholeHealth Networks 10% discount applicable)
Four-Visit Package (recommended for weight loss and pregnancy)
45 minutes each session (total of 4 visits within 2 months) $160
There is a $50 fee for appointments not cancelled with a 24-hour advance notice
I am a WholeHealth Networks participating practitioner. If your insurance company subscribes to
WholeHealth, you will receive a 10% discount on all fees except the Food Plan package or the Four-Visit
Package. Telephone your insurance company to determine if they participate or telephone WholeHealth
Networks at (800) 274-7526.
Since many insurance companies do not reimburse for nutritional consultations or only for specific
health issues, insurance is not accepted. Please ask your insurance company about your particular plan.
Usually nutrition consultations can be submitted under Flexible Spending Accounts, but be sure to
check with your insurance company for the specifics. You will be provided with a receipt which you can
submit to your insurance company for any such reimbursement.
